Terms of Offers

Invitation Offer terms:

1. All float sessions must be booked in advance by telephone or by calling into the Floataway centre and are subject to availability.

2. Unforeseen circumstances may sometimes force us to change an appointment to a different time or date, without compensation.

3. Offers are not exchangeable for cash or other benefits than those stated on the offer.

4. All our offers are for a limited time, and we may withdraw any offer at any time before purchase.

5. We review our prices regularly and prices can change without warning up to the time of purchase.

6. Purchase of a float session confirms acceptance of these and of Floataway's general terms of business.

7. Float session appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the appointment after which time they will be charged at normal rate.

8. All float sessions must be paid for before or on the day of the session.

9. We are confident you will enjoy your float session but if for some reason you do not, and if you leave the tank within ten minutes of starting, we will refund your payment without quibble.

10. Any special requirements such as mobility assistance must be advised to us at the time of booking.

11. Floating has many wonderful benefits but we do not claim floating to be a cure for any condition and no statement of our staff or publications can be construed to imply a cure.

12. Any float package purchased on the day of a completed float session receives a 10% discount from our published prices for that day but this is not in addition to any other offer.

13. All discount offers are conditional on full payment for the sessions purchased.

14. Multiple sessions whether paid in full or with discounts can be taken by one person or as many people as the number of sessions permits.

15. Any paid for float session must be taken within 365 days of purchase unless Floataway agrees to extend the period in a particular case.

16. Floataway cannot be held responsible for any property left behind at the end of a float session.

17. Floataway provides written instructions available at the time of each session and will rely on each and every floater to read and follow those instructions and Floataway will not be held responsible for any damages arising from failure to follow them.

18. Floataway will not be responsible for any decisions taken by customers as the result of relaxation or euphoria following a float session.

19. Following EN recommendations, customers under the age of 16 must be accompanied in the float room by a responsible adult.

20. Floataway recommendations never supercede those of a customer's medical doctor in relation to floating.
